To be successful in the role, you will be required the following:

Ability to provide companionship and emotional support and community service to the client.
A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
Good communication skills.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
High level of time management and organizational ability.
Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
Availability every Mon, Tue and Thursday in dayshift
Previous experience working with mental health people is preferred.

Essential Requirements

Can communicate by Cantonese.
Have experience with mental health people
Looking for energetic and skilled support workers.
Good communication skills.
Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
Current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
