About Finley

Finley is a quiet Riverina town located on the Newell Highway, acting as an important service centre for the Berriquin Irrigation Area that surrounds it. The district supplies wool, wheat, fat lambs, rice, dairy products, vegetables, cereals, canola, cattle and pigs to the Sydney and Melbourne markets. A beautiful place to live, Lake Finley offers many water sports and picnic areas. It is also the home to the Wheels of Prosperity display, a symbol of water's importance to the town and district. About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Finley Branch.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and after-hours work required.

The role will be mainly based in our service department, duties and responsibilities include:

• Support Service Technicians with parts
• Promotion and sales of products and/or services to suit customer needs
• Handling of parts sales and enquiries
• Placement of stock orders
• Providing technical parts advice
• Receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
• Facilitation of inter branch transfers of stock
• Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
• Administration tasks as required
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

About you

As the successful applicant you will have the following attributes:

• Strong customer service experience with a passion for the agricultural industry
• A reliable and punctual person with a friendly approach and positive outlook
• Someone who works well in a team
• Ideally hold your current forklift licence
• Possess the ability to provide support, coaching and technical training to less experienced team members
