Based in the Finley Branch, this role will see you working behind the counter face-to-face with customers, on the road selling parts, on the phone interpreting a customer's requirements, in the warehouse working with the inventory or with the Service Team to source parts and attachments for a customer's repair work or a new machinery delivery.
You'll complete a Certificate III in Automotive Sales with all apprentices through TAFE NSW online. You will undertake several elective subjects which will provide you with Parts Sales specific training and give you exposure to key Parts and Sales techniques and processes. You will learn to identify and interpret parts, maintain stock control, build relations and communicate effectively with customers, present effective displays in showrooms, obtain efficient warehousing skills and confidently sell products to customers insuring their requirements are met.
This is a two year traineeship and is open to anyone from school leavers to people looking for a change in career
Hutcheon and Pearce pay above award wages for school leavers and adult apprentices. Uniforms supplied, government allowances available for living away from home and TAFE expenses.
