Our Client
Our client is a large Federal Government department that develops and provides policy advice which aims to strengthen the prosperity of Australia and protect our interests at an international level.
Working with government agencies in Australia and around the world, the department is the lead agency in ensuring the global stability and economic growth of Australia.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Benefit identification and tracking
- Stakeholder mapping and engagement
- Actively support staff to adopt changes in processes, systems and culture
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in an organisational change management role, working in a project environment
- Strong working knowledge of change management activities and techniques
- Experience working with hybrid and dispersed teams, using a variety of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in setting and developing behaviour and process change management, including training and communication.
- Develop, plan and execute change strategies by understanding stakeholder identification and analysis
