Assistant Showroom Manager that enjoys _competitive sales environment_ needed to motivate and inspire our client's team hit targets and exceed results, located in
Kotara

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses $$
  • One rostered weekend off a month
  • 10 am starts & no latenight trade
Our client is a household name in Australia, providing _luxury furniture goods_ to their clientele for over 60 years.
We are seeking an
Assistant Showroom Manager to join their team. This is a
permanent part-time opportunity of
35 hours a week working across five days.


The Role:


  • Supper the Showroom Manager in daily operations.
  • Provide exceptional, people focused customer service
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to guarantee customer return
  • Provide exceptional product knowledge
  • Offer options and solutions to customer furnishing needs.
  • Exceed all targets and KPIs
  • Motivate and Inspire your team to deliver results
  • Train, mentor and develop your team to success.

About You:


  • Have 3+ years leadership experience in similar role
  • Have previous experience exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Prefer a competitive sales environment and enjoy closing sales.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy training and developing a team in a sales environment
  • Flexibility to work most weekends.
  • Passionate about Customer Service.
