Previous EA or PA experience required (construction industry preferred)- $70-85k base plus super
- Moorabbin Location | 5 day in office role
About the role
As the Personal Assistant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to the management team.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage office administration duties such as diary management, ordering office supplies, and document control
- Provide administrative support to the director
- Assist with project coordination and scheduling
- Manage office staff and coordinate office activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers
- Please note, the role will require 5 days a week in the office, with no WFH capability._
