This Geelong clinic is opening from the 1st February 2023 and will be the first clinic in Victoria, expanding our network across two states.

This exciting new network of practices is the first to focus on these chronic conditions, providing holistic care for patients close to home.

Proud to bring specialist dermatologist services and treatments to patients outside of city centres, this latest brand by one of Australia's leading specialist dermatologists will provide specialist level treatment closer to home and specifically for patients with eczema, psoriasis and vitiligo.

Led by executive management team, Drs Shobhan & Patricia Manoharan, with more than 15years experience in successful dermatology practice development and service provision to thousands of Australians nationwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to to lead and manage this new clinic, where dermal therapists see patients in clinic and are the gateway between patients and the specialists who provide remote prescriptions and treatment plans to patients via telehealth.

The clinic manager will lead/manage the daily operations and develop a strong team committed to helping our patients.

DUTIES
Reporting directly to the Director, your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

Overall smooth running of the practice, including patient care and HR
Recruiting, training, supervising and monitoring performance of all staff
Ensuring high quality of patient care is delivered by all staff
Coordinating appointment books
Management of financials including ordering, accounts and budgets.
Business Development with the Director, and promotion of the clinic to increase and maintain patient base
Assisting team to reach targets & working to management targets
Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
Motivation and support of the team

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong commitment to patients and outcomes
A desire to help people with the management of their condition long term
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks well
Experience managing teams
