Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Manager, the
Program Manager manages the end-to-end delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects which are highly integrated, encompassing both Applications and Infrastructure.

The Program Manager ensures that all IT projects and the overall IT program are successfully monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated and implemented.

This role is accountable for driving and prioritising the delivery of IT projects through the planning, deployment and implementation phases.

Location:
South Guildford, WA

Roster:
Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

To be successful the following is required:

Significant previous general project management experience, or experience in Information Technology with IT Project Management
Exceptional project management skills
Strong conceptual abilities coupled with a strong knowledge of the organisation's business requirements
Effective leadership and people management skills coupled with skills in communicating with end users
Highly developed coaching and facilitation skills, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated ability to work within an environment of competing priorities with strict deadlines and the capacity to share knowledge within the team
Organized, methodical, and detailoriented, with outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and report on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising efforts, managing time effectively, and requiring mínimal supervision in the execution
