Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Travel to sites across Adelaide
  • Coordinate staff, contractors & materials to ensure projects targets are met
  • Supervise internal employees & monitor subcontractors to ensure safety & technical specifications are adhered to

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Experience supervising construction projects
  • Background overseeing & scheduling multiple trades
  • Building trade / construction qualification
  • Insurance building experience highly regarded, however not essential
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Good work ethic
  • Computer literacy
  • Construction White Card
  • Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates
  • Current motor vehicle licence
