The Group has recently expanded to New Zealand and the USA which will drive DMA's international growth.Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Travel to sites across Adelaide
- Coordinate staff, contractors & materials to ensure projects targets are met
- Supervise internal employees & monitor subcontractors to ensure safety & technical specifications are adhered to
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience supervising construction projects
- Background overseeing & scheduling multiple trades
- Building trade / construction qualification
- Insurance building experience highly regarded, however not essential
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Good work ethic
- Computer literacy
- Construction White Card
- Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates
- Current motor vehicle licence
