Change Manager'.

Key Criteria:

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Change Manager to drive a change management program as part of transformative People First CRM Project (Salesforce implementation).
The program shifts our focus from complaints administration to putting customer experiences at the centre of all we do, leveraging our empathetic, problemsolving culture. People First includes a technology refresh, with the Client replacing its various business systems with an industryleading case management system that will provide Customer Portals and an Integrated Staff Platform. As part of this customercentric initiative.
It is a technical change however it changes the way services are provided. It needs someone who is very people focused.
