Operating within the culture of an entrepreneurial startup, you'll harness the corporate resources of a large business to craft compelling one-to-one integrated online and offline marketing campaigns across our 3rd Party & Direct SMEs audience portfolios.

How you'll make an impact:


Within this role there will be significant opportunity to gain exposure across our business and notably impact success of our business.

You will actively shape the role with the ability to influence change, leveraging your strategic prowess to manage and execute diverse campaigns.


As the Lead Generation Specialist / Campaign Specialist your impact will extend beyond routine tasks, contributing to the broader acquisition business objectives focused on growth and cross-sell.

Your involvement will not only encompass monitoring and measuring campaign success but also optimising strategies collaboratively with external agencies.


What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for campaign programme planning and execution for 3rd Party & Direct SME's audience portfolios. Including developing integrated online and offline marketing campaigns and onetoone targeted communications/nurture journeys with the intent of acquiring customers or crossselling to existing customers.
  • Lead the Customer Insights / EDM Programme delivery and reporting, developing the ongoing processes and best practice
  • Collaborate with key sales teams to understand lead qualification criteria and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
  • Work with agency to drive and optimise the PPC strategy, including digital display, social, Google Ads, digital Trade Advertising, comparison site referrals, keywords, implement A/B testing to maximise creative, copy and landing pages and leveraging Google Analytics and weekly reporting for insights based decisioning
  • Work with agency to drive and optimise SEO strategy, including keywork optimisation, link building, monthly content approval, ensuring deadlines are achieved and delivering positive results
  • Data analysis, campaign reporting and board reporting for marketing related activities

What you'll bring with you:

  • Previous experience in a similar lead generation role, with a strong understanding of data and the ability to analyse lead flow and evaluate campaign ROI
  • A results driven mindset, driving and delivering business results and outcomes
  • Time management & organisational skills
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • 1:1 Marketing automation (system) experience (eDMs + SMS)
  • Experience in design and desktop publishing software a plus, ie Indesign, photoshop or illustrator
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A positive cando attitude with the ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
  • Collaboration skills with ability to build excellent working relationships across internal stakeholders and vendors
