Manage a team of Site Managers that specialise in Greenfields Construction to ensure new homes are built to a high quality, in accordance with the Australian Building Codes, safely and in time parameters.

Create an environment for your team to succeed in delivering the dream of home ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

Monthly / Weekly site inspections
Facilitate construction meetings with your team
Analysis of site spend and value
Report on job progress, status, and future programs
Promote and maintain safe work protocols
Promote good work practises and quality control outcomes in trade base
Provide a safe working environment
Provide feedback to drafting /scheduling, sales, administration and accounts
Display a high level of Leadership

Your extensive experience in Construction and Site Management will ensure your ongoing success in this role.
