What does the job look like?

As the Administration Coordinator, you will provide administration support to the operational staff by preparing weekly payroll, executing deliveries through Linfox systems, paying invoices, in addition to compliance administration for the site


Key areas:

  • Provide weekly accruals and payroll for Accounts at Head Office
  • Provide timely and accurate information for the weekly generation of financial reporting, billing of customers and payment of employees
  • Preparation and data entry of accounts payable using inhouse software programs
  • Assisting with financial reporting and documentation including weekly KPI reports
  • Maintaining and fostering an effective and cooperative relationship between operational, commercial, and administrative personnel
  • Implementing and adhering to OH&S procedures and legislative requirements

You are a team player that can manage various stakeholders and prioritize tasks against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment


You can demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support function
  • Transport Industry experience is highly desirable
  • Sound communication skills, to manage the expectations of various stakeholders within the organisation
  • Experience using SAP Kronos or similar systems for revenue processing is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
