_Administrations Officer_


Our client have been working in the fine metal fabricating business for over 30 years manufacturing high end steel work in some of Australia's most prestigious buildings.

Located in Thomastown our client require an experienced administrations officer.


_Duties will include but not limited to:_

  • Invoice processing
  • Receivables/payables through Xero software
  • Processing pays
  • Reconciliation of stock
  • Time slots for transportation requirements
  • Other general admin i.e. Scanning of POD's, data entry
  • Assistance with rostering

_Required skills_:


  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to gain cooperation/assistance from other employees & the public
  • Post secondary qualification in administration, plus experience in an administrative role is favorable
  • Highly organised

Mon-Friday.

You will need your own vehicle and obviously license as public transport is not readily available anyway.

Start will be around the 11/20/23 and training will be available.
