    Description


    Speech Pathologist | Limited Experience Required | Mobile Allied Health Provider As a speech pathologist you will collaborate extensively with a diverse and extensive multidisciplinary team composed of allied health professionals.

    Working closely with this team, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care and support to patients, by contributing your expertise and collaborating with other professionals.

    Involving the designing and implementing of tailored treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing individualized recommendations, and supporting patients throughout their recovery journey.

    Hunter & Central Coast Responsibilities Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive careConduct thorough assessments of individuals with communication and swallowing disordersEducate patients and their families on communication and swallowing strategiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and taking into consideration various community settingsRegularly review and adjust treatment plans to ensure they are effective Ideal Candidate Strong stakeholder managementPossess knowledge of aged care and NDIS fundingTertiary education in Speech and/or Language PathologyPassion for helping others Like to know more?
