About you and the role
At CSI, we value you and the support you provide to our clients.

As a Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service through allocating staff appropriately to meet clients needs.

This role communicates directly with our Support Workers, clients, and families to inform them of any roster and staffing changes.


The Scheduling Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that clients needs are met by getting to know staff and clients, and then roster accordingly providing a high-quality service.


Key experience required for the role:

  • Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability and are vulnerable.
  • Previous experience in prioritising and managing workload within a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in healthrelated industry / not for profit (desirable)
  • Previous experience in rostering would be desirable.
  • Highly developed interpersonal/communication (written and oral), analytical skills and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Current valid National Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Clearance
