This position supports the cotton trading team and supports the facilitation of pricing and execution of commodities.

  • Job DescriptionAlong with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
  • This role reports to the Cotton Trader and is responsible for (but not limited to):
  • Facilitate the coordination with various departments, contract control, finance, domestic and international logistics and shipping to consolidate information for analysis
  • Support the trader in daily bidoffer updates and communication to other team members
  • Support the trader in daily activity reporting and inventory of warehouse stocks
  • Updating sales files by coordinating in international offices.
  • Assisting in special projects such as capex planning, bulk shipments, logĂ­stical solutions etc.
  • Assisting in research tasks including daily and weekly updates on the market and market changes, market analysis and trading strategy.
