The People and Culture team are at the heart of the business which currently stands at around 350 employees, with large growth plans.
The Role
Acting as a key enabler for change you will provide advice and guidance on all people and culture polices to your client group.
This includes advising on employer relations and performance management matters.You will be a champion of the employee experience by identifying and exploring continuous improvement opportunities across your client group.
You'll also have a hand in recruitment managing all operational aspects and supporting your client group to find the best talent.
