• Create and optimize listings on Shopify and eBay, highlighting product features and compatibility.
• Capture highquality photos of inventory to enhance online listings and customer engagement.

• Conduct thorough analysis of competitor strategies and pricing.
• Ensure competitive pricing and postage propositions.
• Implement strategies to optimize pricing and maximize profitability.

• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers.

• Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Implement eBay promoted listings to enhance product visibility.

• Develop strategies to increase online sales and enhance brand recognition across various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimize commercial parts listings and pricing.
• Work closely with B2B, B2C, and warehouse operations departments to ensure consistent branding, pricing, and messaging.

• Proficiency in Shopify and eBay platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitive analysis and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately pick and pack orders
• Prior experience in ecommerce management and digital marketing is preferred.
• Wellpresented and reliable
• Have the ability to be flexible and adjust to the evolving needs of the business
• Be friendly with a good attitude
• Be physically fit, and able to perform manual handling and lifting of boxes
• A License to use a forklift is desirable.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
