THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arrived for a proactive and friendly Mailroom Assistant to join the Sydney office of this prestigious firm.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for various print and mailroom tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Duties may include:
- Scanning, photocopying, printing, collating, binding and laminating documents
- Scheduling and monitoring incoming and outgoing courier bookings
- Efficiently distributing and sorting mail and handling deliveries
- Assisting with court filing and document delivery to courts or other clients
- Managing online ordering and maintaining office stationery supplies
- Occassionally assisting with facilities duties, such as room set up, workstation preparation, audio/visual equipment operation, and furniture repairs
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required
THE CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally in a professional services / corporate environment
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service
- Quick learning abilities and good listening skills, coupled with a willingness to follow instructions and a desire for personal growth
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks (e.g. lifting boxes, using a trolley)
