The Opportunity
Qscan's Marketing Executive and Digital Content Creator is a highly valued and appreciated role within our small marketing team. This role is a permanent, full time position, based in our Clayfield Support office.


This dynamic person is our linchpin who not only has a broad administrative skillset within the marketing portfolio, but values having a strong working knowledge of the business and knowing they will utilise this on a daily basis as they assist various departments and Qscan Group clinics.


About You

The right person for this role will be someone who loves marketing, thrives on creating an engaging digital content calendar, has high attention to detail, and finds the operational side of a health business fascinating (it is).


The role
Co-ordination of the day to day running of a small, busy marketing team, including checking and approving invoices, updating content on websites, sending bulk fax updates and other admin tasks

  • Liaise with operations to ensure our marketing team is across operational changes to the business and can make any content changes (internal or external as needed)
  • Tracking and coordination of all local, state and national sponsorships
  • Brief jobs from our clinics to our graphic design contractors
  • Assist clinics with daytoday requests like sourcing signage, media advertising needs and publications
  • Liaise with agencies
  • Prepare and check monthly marketing reports
  • Liaise with internal departments to run internal promotions across the network
  • Proofread copy being created internally from various sources and approve prior to publication
  • Liaise with our contracted suppliers eg printers and manage stock control, OCM management and ordering of Qscan promotional material
  • Design and send fax campaigns for our referrers
  • Create and maintain the Qscan content calendar and update social channels with timely and relevant posts for our respective audience segments
  • Make website and intranet updates
  • Respond to online feedback and social media comments in a timely manner and with input from relevant stakeholders
  • Together with the National Marketing Manager and our agency, help build 'always improving' localised Google Ads campaigns for our clinics
  • Report on digital activity and competitor activity
  • Keep our intranet updated with engaging content for our teams

Other important attributes include:

  • Minimum one year in a similar role
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Highly motivated, independent and flexible worker
  • Knowledge of CMS, analytics and social media platforms
  • University or TAFE qualification in Marketing
  • Current driver's license
