We are seeking an energetic Administrative & Business Operations Assistant to join our team.

There is much to learn when you come on board with us so applicants must possess a positive and proactive attitude with an eager willingness to learn

We are based in North Sydney therefore request only applicants residing within the metro area.

We require a team member with

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly professional phone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take accurate messages and disseminate information appropriately
  • Proven multitasking and time management skills
  • Initiative to complete tasks as required
  • Team player mentality
Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving, scanning and filing documents
  • Telephone duties including redirecting calls and logging reports
  • Minor office tidying and stationary orders
  • Maintaining and updating schedules and reports
  • Providing administrate support to the team
  • Organising meetings and coordinating any bookings
  • PA tasks
  • Covering the Operations Managers maternity leave period (full time)

Please note this role is open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$25.00 per hour
