Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive shopping experience and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment through effective visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability, coordinating with suppliers and the head office as necessary.
- Manage store expenses and budgets, controlling costs and maximising financial performance.
- Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Exposure to working in a retail apparel environment
- Experience in high volume retailing
