Fresh+ currently operate a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Nurturing a 'customer first' culture and leading the team by example
  • Driving revenue through consistency, service and cleanliness
  • Working to meet and exceed strategic, operational and financial goals
  • Weekly rosters, timesheets and labour controls
  • Completing weekly reporting & attending meetings
  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure stock levels are maintained and received.
  • Integration of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance across cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
  • Provide direction, coaching and motivation to the food and beverage team to encourage achievement of company and individual goals

Requirements:


  • Be passionate in customer service and carry a personality to match
  • Confidently demonstrate prior supervisory experience in a fastpaced hospitality environment
  • Demonstrate reliability and flexibility (ability to work weekends when required and adapt to a rotating roster)
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certification AND Certificate in Hospitality management
  • Be a nurturing and motivational leader
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have prior experience in rostering, managing stock levels, and labour costs.
  • Have unrestricted work rights in Australia
