Role Responsibilities

  • Take cold leads, warm them up and convert them into qualified opportunities for the BDMs with whom you'll be partnered.
  • Complete a highly comprehensive and engaging set of learning modules (become an expert)
  • Make compelling and engaging calls to prospects and clients.
  • Nurture warm leads through the buying cycle and prepare them for the next steps of the sales process
  • Work to realistic quotas which will enable you to progress quickly through the organisation.

Requirements:


  • 612 months experience in a BDR or SDR role and are comfortable engaging leads on the phone.
  • A 'Hunter' mentality that enjoys seeking out new business
  • While you will receive training and resources, you can 'adapt and connect', tailoring every conversation to a lead's unique circumstances,
  • Tenacity, ambition, enthusiasm and high energy.
  • Open and comfortable with direct feedback.
  • In short if you have some outbound B2B telephone sales and the drive to break into tech sales we would love to hear from you.

  • Following up on leads to qualify high quality sales opportunities
  • Making energetic and engaging outbound calls to identify opportunities
  • Be part of a high performing and successful sales team
  • Complete world class online and face to face training
  • You'll become a techsales pro
  • Hit targets and move quickly through the organisation

About You


You will have an interest in technology and a keen willingness to learn with ideally at least 6-12 months experience in sales.

You will come with a hunger for training and have a great attitude. Your passion for getting things done will set you apart from the rest. Above all, you will enjoy working as part of a sales team to achieve a common goal.
