Who you are


You are a highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a sense of fun, the ability to work well under pressure and an absolute focus on exceptional client and customer service.

Reporting to the Culture & Capability Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Undertake corporate administrative and reception duties in a professional manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service, client and employee care.
  • Coordination of daily errands including mail, couriers and banking, whilst supporting the wider business.
  • Coordinate catering for functions, events and client refreshments as required.


You will also provide administrative support to the wider group in the coordination of calendar management, facilities and assist in the coordination and planning of events.


What we also need

  • Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a corporate setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.


  • Drivers Licence

  • C Class Automatic or Manual.
