Exciting new role available to join our Restorx Major Loss team in Wetherill Park, as an On Road Supervisor This role provides an opportunity to further develop your career in the restoration industry.

The Role


An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, passionate, and hardworking individual to join our Restoration team as an On Road Supervisor in our Wetherill Park Office.

The focus of this role will be to travel to sites around Sydney Metro to provide detailed site assessments and comprehensive scope of works allowing for accurate repairs in all aspects of building and contents restoration.

You will be responsible for site assessments, attending to customer service issues and escalations whilst providing them with reassurance, submitting repair scope of works and quotations, relationship building & maintaining, and liaising with clients to obtain works for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend sites & assess restoration works.
  • Report writing & preparation of scope of works & quotations.
  • Developing accurate financial estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Executing mitigation and restoration works, including equipment installation and monitoring.
  • Liaise with & engage subcontractors during quotation stage.
  • Liaise with customers, insurers, and all key stakeholders.
  • Work within industry KPI's
  • Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients.
  • Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements.
  • Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Restoration industry background is essential.
  • A willingness to want to grow and develop your career within the restoration industry.
  • Ability to train, mentor and lead staff.
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Proven high level of customer service and management skills across diverse team/skill set.
  • Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities.
  • Simultaneous ability to work independently and liaise with Senior Management
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of Quality, Occupational Health Safety and Environmental Management systems.
  • Current & valid motor vehicle licence is essential.
