About the Opportunity

With our continual expansion, an exciting opportunity is available to join our business within our growing sales & marketing team, for an experienced team leader.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

These include but are not limited to:

• Team management ensuring campaign KPI's are met and delivered
• Launching, promoting and Monitoring campaigns to ensure client expectations are met.
• Undertaking internal audits as per compliance
• Finding training gaps and training agents for better performance
• Preparing and analyzing reports for implementing strategies.
• Rostering agents to for resource management.
• Managing and resolving both internal and external escalation issues
• Managing and measuring calls and selling service standards to customers
• Managing blogs and social media communication
• Drafting and updating customer tutorials

About you

• You have 13 years' experience in sales and marketing role
• Degree in Marketing, Business or other related field
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering multichannel marketing campaigns.
• You will have a growth mindset and enjoy a challenge.
• Ability to achieve target and KPIs

Salary:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
