Description

In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal communications teams and business units to share successes and increase internal engagement.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Contribute to the development and achievement of the divisional internal communication and engagement strategy.
Lead and support the development and delivery of key internal communication and engagement tactics including (but not limited to) senior leader engagement activities, intranet copy and features, distribution of emessages, video scripting, leadership engagement sessions, and other channels.
Contribute to measuring tactics success and improving the way the department listens to, communicates, engages and motivates staff.
Provide event management advice and support.
Support the Lands Executive Leadership team to reframe communication messages for internal purposes.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with departmental staff and colleagues across the Communication business group.
Other duties as directed and required.
