Responsibilities:


  • Be based in their excellent office office, readily available to meet with clients and provide personalized service.
  • Develop and implement advanced SMSF strategies beyond basic data entry, ensuring optimum outcomes for clients.
  • Lead and train a team, including offshore staff, fostering a collaborative and growthoriented work culture.
  • Efficiently manage workflows using our stateoftheart cloudbased software, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Embrace a teamoriented approach, contributing to a supportive office culture and participating in regular staff events.
  • Utilize your expertise in BGL360 software to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, delivering exceptional client interactions both inperson and postsettlement.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss accounts and future planning for their funds, ensuring personalized attention and proactive support.
  • Embrace change as we continuously enhance and optimize our systems to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of significant SMSF exposure, showcasing diverse strategies.
  • Demonstrate prior experience managing and training teams, including offshore staff.
  • Exhibit strong workflow management skills to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Be a team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing BGL360 software to streamline processes.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with compliance in companies and trusts, expanding your professional knowledge.
  • Excel in communication, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and support clients.
  • Show experience in conducting client meetings, providing personalized guidance and future planning for their funds.
