HR Advisor

Government sector based in Parramatta

Full Time - - month contact position

Client Details

A Great opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a reputable government department to support the HR Business Partnering team with delivering best practice services and advice to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.

What your general day will look like:
Assist with development and implementation of workforce plans
Coordinate organisational changes and reforms
Provide advice and coaching to managers around HR related matters which include:
Job design
Staff recruitment and selection
Performance management
Resolution of workplace issues (grievances)

What you will bring:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar.
Experience working as an HR Generalist.
Demonstrated experience working in HR projects and change management across multiple work sites.
Solid coaching and presentation skills with a genuine interest in partnering with managers to improve culture and performance.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Solid MS Office skills
SAP experience is preferred.
