About the role
As a member of our Huntingwood Retail Customer Service Centre (CSC) team your role will include:

Telephone customer service and sales
Providing exceptional customer service
Keying of orders
Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
Regular communication and interaction with store managers

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

Strong and stable record in customer service or internal sales
Excellent data entry skills
Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment
Flexibility to work within a rotating roster including Saturdays
Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry would be highly regarded but not essential
