Clinical Manager

About the Role:

Above award salary $115k$125k + super (depending on experince)
Medium wellrun facility

Monday

Friday position with flexible start & finish times
Solid staff structure with multiple Clinical Care Coordinators adding support to this postion
On site Nurses are very experienced & long standing
You will work under the direction and report to an experienced Facility Manager

Focus in the Role:

Work closely with the Facility Manager who is extremely supportive, to provide excellent clinical care
Build on the existing strong clinical team that are in place at the facility to provide a supportive environment
Well run facility with no non compliances maintain these standards
Manage clinical indicators/SIRS
Build great morale and lead the team well
Accreditation due next year so preperation for this

The Requirements:

Have exceptional knowledge of the Aged Care industry and its continuous changes
Significant experience as a Clinical Manager in a residential aged care facility
Preparation of clinical care and ACFI documents
Demonstrated Clinical Leadership within the health sector
A solid understanding of the Accreditation Standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with managers, staff and overall the residents
Dementia experience will be highly regarded
A genuine passion for working within Aged Care
Hold a current AHPRA registration and maintain a positive police check
