Trainee Technician at Vanguard Wireless
Join Vanguard Wireless, the leading designers and manufacturers of the most innovative wireless safety alert systems on the market. We are looking for a Trainee Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in technology and safety systems.


Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites to install and troubleshoot our advanced nurse call devices and evacuation devices.
• Work across a diverse range of sectors including construction, industrial and healthcare.
• Participate in training and develop a deep understanding of our systems, including their timesaving features, flexible configurations, selfmanagement tools, and integrated reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NO formal qualifications or prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training and tools.
• Must possess a car and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a keen interest and understanding of technology (general).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good customer service ethics.

Working Hours and Location:

• The job involves travelling to client sites, so flexibility is a must.
• Working hours are likely to be in line with construction sites with 7 am starts possible
• Our office is located in Sydney (Alexandria). While the role does require you to travel, you will be spending some time in the office.
