The Role

This is a true growth role as my clients small business is on the up and they haven't been able to create any more hours in the day.

The two business leaders are both in the trenches and will work side by side with you to see you succeed.

You will play an integral role as a FULL-TIME Experienced Property Manager working directly with the Head of Department/Director of the business.

You will be joining a welcoming and flexible environment that values its people first. They are a happy bunch, who enjoy having fun, are fairly relaxed but very professional in their business delivery. They have a very cool, fresh and funky office too.
Duties & Key Responsibilities

End to end property management role
Responsible for maintaining and sharing the sizable portfolio

Routine inspections (PCRs - outsourced at the moment)
Marketing of vacant properties
Leasing and sign-up process of all new tenants
Final bond inspections and process
Manage property maintenance with Assistant PM
Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
NO BDM or TRUST
Skills & Experience

You must be able to have fun and absolutely love what you do. Property is a lifestyle not a job and your values must align. You must truly want a career in Property Management, not see it as a stepping stone to sales. You must be able to provide exemplary customer service experience and be trustworthy and transparent in all your dealings.
Must Have

3 years experience as a Property Manager

Previous experience using Property Tree and Inspection Mgr
Valid Police Clearance (Willing to obtain)
Current WA Real Estate License or Sales/Property Management Registration
Valid drivers license & own vehicle
Ability to work autonomously in a small office/team
Desired

Fully vaccinated
Will consider those looking to move into PM from exp assistant roles
