Early Morning Commercial Cleaner / Team Leader - Balcatta

About the Role:

-
Total 22 hours 6 days a week:


  • Mon 3.00am
  • 6.30am, Tues 4.00am
  • 8.00am, Wed 4.00am
  • 7.30am, Thurs 4.00am
  • 8.00am, Fri and Sat 4.00am
  • 7.

30am:
-
Must have cleaning experience and able to lead a team:

  • Cleaning including, sweeping, mopping, auto scrubber and buffer
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously & take pride in their work
  • Communicate and provide information at the conclusion of every shift to Area Manager to assist with organisational operations and to provide effective service to our clients.
  • Able to train staff
  • Maintain and develop customers working relationship to optimise quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a great Team Environment
  • Immediate Start
