At CSR, we believe in building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We are looking for experienced Maintenance Mechanical Fitters to join our team in Ingleburn, Australia.

As part of the Interior Systems Business Unit, you will be working with market-leading brands such as Gyprock Plasterboard, Martini and Himmel Interior Systems.

The role is responsible for providing effective support in the maintenance and repair of the production line, ensuring the achievement of factory production targets.

You will work Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm.

Key duties and responsibilities include carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on all mechanical machinery within the factory, fault finding and troubleshooting to limit downtime, and assisting in ensuring regular maintenance programs are carried out in accordance with the maintenance plans and to the correct standard.

You will be safety focused and have a continuous improvement mindset.

To be successful, you will have a Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate and willing to learn new skills.

You will also have a hands-on attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
