Real Estate Receptionist / Admin Manager


The opportunity awaits for an experienced Admin Assistant to get into this prestigious Real Estate company and support management of the office.

Immediate start and NO WEEKENDS. Offering growth and career progression into the industry.


Work for a reputable, A Grade firm with over 20+ years local industry experience and a dedicated team providing full handover and training.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm NO WEEKENDS


In this position you will learn how to manage your own portfolio with full guidance from experts in the industry.


In this position you will be in charge of administrative duties and be the first point of contact for the office, ensuring proficiency across the business.


JOB DUTIES:


  • Front of house / first point of contact administration duties
  • Client database management (CRM)
  • Answering, directing and logging phone calls
  • Managing legal documentation
  • Management of inventory for the office
  • Property management support

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

- $65,000 - $70,000

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Relevant understanding of property industry OR willingness to learn
  • Administrative experience
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal with a positive attitude
