We're looking for an experienced & dynamic HR Coordinator / Office Manager to help further manifest our product vision and ensure that our product development stays aligned to Helfie's end-goal of the 'democratisation of healthcare'

What You Will Do

  • Plan and coordinate our hiring, onboarding, and training processes as well as keeping an eye on employee relations
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative duties and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly; greet visitors, manage office supplies, and conduct other administrative tasks
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

Required Skills:


  • 25 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Must be a selfstarter and driven
  • Proven experience in proactively creating or streamlining processes that enhance workplace efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
