We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resource Manager who can help us drive new business and be responsible for developing and executing winning sales strategies with some of the top network operators in the world.


About our opportunity:

As an HR Advisor you will provide a range of HR services to the Alliance SI team.

This role will provide practical and pragmatic advice on:

Recruitment and Selection; Performance Management; Learning and Development; HR policies and Processes; and also take part in developing and implement a range of HR-related programs.


  • Support the end to end recruitment of roles, in line with the annual operating plan.
  • Manage and Coordinate Learning and Development processes ensuring our team are trained in accordance with development plans and customer requirements.
  • Administer our Human Resources Information System (ELMO) to ensure effective functioning.
  • Provide HR advisory services to key internal stakeholders in relation to performance management, development planning, Learning and Development, onboarding and HR Policy interpretation.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle to ensure our team encounter a seamless experience.
  • Monitor the employee onboarding process to ensure compliance with relevant state and Federal legislation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Manage and own the apprentice programs.
  • Partner with line managers to identify development plans through the Learn, Empower, Grow program.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation.
  • Supporting and advising on performance management and grievance proceedings.
  • Supporting workers compensation where required.
  • Undertake HR related project requirement, as required.
  • Coordinate the relevant module of Alliance SI HRIS (ELMO).
  • Contribute to the delivery of HR related projects and programs.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the HSEQ system to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Ensure productive working relationships are maintained will all internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with external recruitment vendors to ensure an availability of contingent labour.
  • Monitor the recruitment, training and reward and recognition budget.
  • Ensure training and learning solutions are competitive.

What you will need as a minimum:

  • Experience as either an HR Coordinator or an HR Advisor within a Blue Collar environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong organisation, administration and time management skills.
  • Administrative role dealing with confidential information.
  • Impeccable administrative and organisational skills.
  • Selfmotivated, persuasive and passionate influencer who can successfully manage key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
