Barwon Health Carer Support is one of seven consortia organisations, led by Merri Health, that deliver Carer Gateway across Victoria.

The consortia partners work closely to provide a high quality service to support unpaid family carers with emotional and practical assistance to build empowerment and capacity in their caring roles.

Our team is based at Newcomb Community Health Centre.


About the Role

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Work closely with the Carer Support and Merri Health engagement teams to promote Carer Gateway across the Barwon South West region
  • Engage with existing carers and stakeholders
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure the integrity of the Carer Gateway brand
  • Seek out marketing opportunities across the region
