Our valued client operates a modern contract bottling and packaging facility in Ottoway, with operations Australia-wide. They are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team for a December start.


What the role entails:


  • Liaising with clients, internal staff and freight companies to manage logistics.
  • Organising, dispatching and receipting delivery orders.
  • Entering sales orders, freight PONs, dockets and invoices.
  • Document management and data entry.
  • Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.
  • Proactive engagement in continuous improvement.
  • Experience in SAP or other inventory management system.

General span of hours will be 7:30am - 3:30pm from Monday to Friday, initially as labour hire with a view to permanent employment for the right person.
