must have minimum 2 years experience in bistro.
- can handle work grill on busy nights.
- work in all sections, can handle working under pressure.
- must have knife skills.
- be a team leader.
- must have some pizza experience
- have experience in bulk production preparation including raw meat butchery.
- fast learner, be able to learn the menu, prepping, opening and closing the kitchen.
- be able to work unsupervised.

$70, $80,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Rotating roster
