About the Role

This is a Fixed Term Opportunity until June 2025


We have an excellent opportunity for you to bring your strong administration and customer service skills to the fore as
Support Officer - Governance.

In this role you will provide broad administrative support to the immediate team and work collaboratively with all members of the Governance and Portfolio Services Division, as well as senior leaders and their support teams.

You will also be involved with the maintenance of the Governance and Corporate Secretariat's intranet site and content.


Position Outcomes / Accountabilities

  • Provide support to Committee Advisers in scheduling of governance committee meetings and managing invitations to committee members and attendees.
  • Provide support to Committee Advisers in the coordination of committee meeting papers.
  • Provide logístical support for all governance committee meetings.
  • Update and maintain Governance and Corporate Secretariat resources, including templates, shared calendars etc.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key department stakeholders.
  • Provide support across the Governance and Portfolio Services Division as required.
