About the role:

As the Team Leader you will support and lead the Administration team at The Surgery Centre.

A regular day will see you:

Assist the Elective Admission & AOS Administration Manager with the organisation and management of administration staff, including rostering requirements, provision and planning of any required leave and planning job rotation
Provide day to day operational administrative supervision of that site, including supervision of the Admin. Staff
Assist with the management of Cerner and Trakcare data
Assist with updating clerical work practice standards, associated documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
