- Have minimum 12 months experience (preferably more) in personal injury law (preferably plaintiff, open to defendant) including CTP/motor vehicle accidents (ESSENTIAL) and WorkCover/Workers Compensation (preferable not essential);
- Have solid understanding of the CTP process/procedures across the 'life-cycle' of the claim (ESSENTIAL);
