Description
We are looking an experienced Scheduler to join our team in the Sutherland Shire.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and plans
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
  • Work with project teams to allocate resources and ensure that all tasks are
completed on time

  • Communicate with stakeholders and clients to provide regular updates on
project timelines and status

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as
needed

  • Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other team members to
ensure successful project delivery


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in scheduling
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
