You will be responsible for:

Hire contracts
Accounts payable/receivable
Invoicing
Procurement of parts & consumables
Job orders
Fleet care transactions
General financial processing tasks
Answer incoming telephone queries and direct callers to the relevant area

About you.......

Telephone communication skills

IT/Software skills and experience (Microsoft Office)

Customer service/relationship management skills
A great and positive attitude
Healthcare (Hospital, Aged Care, Retirement Village etc.) knowledge and experience
Accounting Diploma/Degree or bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of Ostendo & SAP Software is advantageous but not essential.
