Duties (may include but not limited to)

  • Answer and distribute incoming phone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors and clients
  • Invoice and purchase order matching
  • Generate job orders and purchase orders
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting rooms
  • Order stationery, office supplies and manage deliveries

Skills & Experience

  • You will have a warm, welcoming and professional telephone manner
  • MYOB experience desirable
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills
  • Enjoy multitasking, using your initiative and being proactive
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite
