  • Constantly categorize new business and recruitment openings
  • Grow and account manage existing clients
  • Provide a pipeline of new job vacancies

To be successful for this role we require:

  • Excellent performance and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated & good at problem solving for your clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Business Development
  • Aptitude to focus on and accomplish targets within time frames

Former recruitment experience required, ideally gained from a nursing, or social work-related environment will be highly regarded, and proven track record in business development and account management experience.
