Constantly categorize new business and recruitment openings
Grow and account manage existing clients
Provide a pipeline of new job vacancies

To be successful for this role we require:

Excellent performance and organizational skills
Selfmotivated & good at problem solving for your clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for Business Development
Aptitude to focus on and accomplish targets within time frames

Former recruitment experience required, ideally gained from a nursing, or social work-related environment will be highly regarded, and proven track record in business development and account management experience.
